Choosing the right school for your child is one of the most important decisions you’ll make—and we’re honored you are considering Campbell Christian Schools (CCS). For more than 50 years, we have partnered with families to provide a high-quality, Christ-centered education that prepares students spiritually, intellectually, socially, and physically.

We are excited to guide you through our admissions process and help you take the next steps in joining our community.

Our school year runs September through May, with additional summer programs available.

Application Window

Begins February 1 (first business day of February) and continues until all spaces are filled.

Priority of Applications

Completed applications are reviewed in the order they are received. Please note that classes fill quickly, so we encourage early submission.

Summer Enrollment

A separate summer session is also available.

Admissions Process

The admissions process is designed to help families learn about CCS, ensure students are placed in the best educational setting, and prepare for a smooth start to the school year.

Step 1 – Visit Campbell Christian Schools

We invite families to schedule a personal campus tour with one of our administrators. Visiting CCS allows you to:

  • Explore the campus facilities
  • Meet staff and teachers
  • Experience a classroom environment
  • See our chapel program in action

Step 2 – Submit an Application

Each prospective student must submit a completed application along with the following:

  • Copy of your child’s immunization record
  • Birth certificate
  • Recent report card and/or standardized test scores (when applicable)
  • Non-refundable enrollment fee
Applications are processed in the order received.

Step 3 – Assessment

  • Kindergarten & 1st Grade: Students are given a Gesell Developmental Assessment ($250) to determine developmental readiness.
  • Grades 2 & above: Students may be exempt if recent standardized test scores are provided. If scores aren’t available, or at the administrator’s request, students may be asked to take portions of the TerraNova Achievement test for reading and math.

Step 4 – Acceptance Letter

Once your application and enrollment fee are processed, families will receive an official acceptance letter from our Admissions Office.

Step 5 – Prepare for the School Year

Before the start of the year, families receive a back-to-school information packet, containing:

  • School supplies list
  • Student handbook
  • School calendar
  • Additional procedures and requirements
