Through our partnerships with The King’s Academy and Valley Christian High School, qualified CCS 8th-grade students may receive Guaranteed Admission for the 2026–2027 school year.

For many years, TKA has welcomed outstanding CCS graduates who arrive well prepared academically, socially, and spiritually. Both CCS and TKA share a deep commitment to strong academics, smaller class sizes, vibrant extracurricular programs, and Christ-centered education.
To help families reduce the stress of high school applications, TKA is pleased to offer Guaranteed Admission to CCS students who demonstrate strong academic performance, character, and involvement.
Deadline to submit TKA application for Guaranteed Admission
Math Placement Test (required for course placement)
Not required for qualifying CCS students
Minimum 3.0 GPA in core subjects (Math, Science, History, English, Bible)
Applies to 7th grade + 1st semester of 8th grade
Strong character recommendation from CCS administration/faculty
Demonstrated involvement in at least one CCS activity:
Athletics
Visual & Performing Arts
Leadership
Clubs
Submit TKA’s online application
Participate in the family interview with the TKA Admissions Committee
Complete all application requirements by January 10, 2026
Attend the May 9 Math Placement Test
No SSAT required

VCHS deeply values the Christ-centered foundation CCS provides. CCS graduates consistently thrive in VCHS academics, Athletics, Arts, STEM, and Business programs — often emerging as leaders on campus.
To honor this long-standing partnership, VCHS offers a Guaranteed Admissions Agreement (GAA) for CCS students who meet established academic, character, and involvement benchmarks.
Priority Consideration Deadline for GAA qualification
Standard admissions remain open for students not using the GAA track
3.0 GPA (B average) in core subjects
No grades of D or F during 7th grade and first half of 8th grade
Good citizenship record
Standardized test scores at or above grade level
Openness to Christianity and the Bible
Participation in CCS co-curricular activities
Consistent parent support of teachers & school leadership
No excessive absences/tardies
These steps are waived for certified CCS students:

The GAA track is not available for:
Students needing Student Support Services
International students
Former VCHS students
Applicants completing forms after December 8
These students are still warmly invited to apply and are reviewed with care and prayer.
