Dual Accreditation: Balancing Faith-Based and Secular Excellence

Campbell Christian Schools (CCS) proudly holds dual accreditation from both Christian and secular accrediting bodies. Underscoring our profound commitment to providing a rigorous, Christ-centered education alongside compliance with the highest academic standards.

Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI)

We are fully accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI), a globally recognized Christ-based accreditation agency dedicated to enhancing Christian education around the world. This accreditation demands that all of our teachers and administrators maintain active credentials through ACSI.

ACSI sets forth comprehensive standards for educational accreditation but also establishes additional benchmarks unique to faith-based schools. These include mandatory Christian education courses for faculty, ongoing training on the Philosophy of Christian Education, and continuing professional development designed to keep us current on educational research and trends.

Our alignment with ACSI ensures that Campbell Christian Schools remains steadfast in its mission to nurture students academically, morally, and spiritually—rooted in biblical principles that shape character and worldview. Accreditation by ACSI offers parents assurance that CCS consistently strives for excellence within a solid Christian educational philosophy.

Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC)

In addition to our Christian accreditation, CCS holds accreditation with the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC), a leading secular accrediting body responsible for maintaining academic standards across the school system in public institutions in California and beyond.

This dual accreditation means that CCS meets or exceeds the rigorous quality benchmarks applied to public schools in California, assuring an education comparable to the best available. This is particularly important to families wanting their children’s education to be recognized at a regional and national level, especially when preparing for secondary education or applying to competitive Christian high schools and best private high schools in San Jose.

The WASC accreditation process evaluates institutional effectiveness, curriculum integrity, student services, physical resources, governance, and financial stability. By achieving this dual accreditation, Campbell Christian Schools bridges the best of faith-based learning and secular education standards.
