Welcome to the Campbell Christian Schools (CCS) admissions portal. We are thrilled that you are considering our school for your child’s academic and spiritual journey. Located in the heart of the South Bay, CCS provides a Christ-centered, academically rigorous environment for students in preschool, elementary, and middle school.
Choosing the right school is one of the most significant decisions a parent can make. At Campbell Christian, we strive to make the enrollment process as transparent and seamless as possible. Whether you are a local Campbell family or relocating to the Silicon Valley area, our admissions team is here to guide you through every step of the 2026-2027 Open Enrollment period.
Before beginning your application, it is important to understand what sets the CCS experience apart. For over 50 years, we have been a staple of the Campbell community, offering a balanced approach to education that focuses on the “whole child.”
Our curriculum is designed to challenge students while fostering a love for learning. From early literacy in our preschool to advanced mathematics and logic in our middle school, CCS students consistently perform above national averages.
As a Christian school, we integrate biblical values into our daily instruction. Students participate in weekly chapel services, Bible study, and community service projects, helping them develop a strong moral compass and a heart for service.
Our campus at 1075 W Campbell Ave is a secure, welcoming space where students are known by name. We maintain small class sizes to ensure that every student receives the individualized attention they need to thrive.
Applying for private school in the South Bay can feel overwhelming, but our Online Application System is designed to be user-friendly and flexible. Follow these four steps to secure your child’s spot for the upcoming school year.
To begin, you must create a dedicated application account. This account is separate from the standard FACTS Family Portal used by currently enrolled families.
Click the “Create an Account” tab at the top of this page (FACTS Portal).
You will be prompted to create a unique login and password. Please check your inbox for a verification email to activate your account before proceeding.
We understand that parents are busy. Our system allows you the flexibility to log in and out of your application without losing your progress.
Your data is saved automatically as you move through the forms.
Look for the green check mark next to each section. This indicates that all required fields—such as emergency contacts, medical history, and previous school information—have been successfully completed.
Before final submission, we recommend a thorough review of all entered data. Accuracy ensures that our admissions committee can process your file without delays.
To finalize the process, you must select “Review and Submit” and pay the non-refundable $25 application fee. This fee covers the administrative costs of processing your student’s file and scheduling necessary assessments.
For students entering 1st through 8th Grade, the application is not considered “Complete” until the following documentation has been uploaded to your portal:
This helps us understand your child’s academic trajectory and areas of strength.
Results from CAASPP, MAP, or other recognized national testing help us place students in the appropriate levels.
If your child has an IEP, 504 plan, or any specific learning evaluations, please provide these. We are committed to ensuring we can meet the unique educational needs of every student we admit.
While we accept applications year-round based on space availability, our primary Open Enrollment period begins in early spring.

For our Preschool program, children must be at least 2 years old. For Kindergarten, students typically must be 5 years old by September 1st of the enrolling year.
Students entering Elementary and Middle School may be asked to complete a placement assessment. This is not a “pass/fail” test but a tool to ensure they are placed in a classroom environment where they can succeed.
Campbell Christian Schools admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school.
We are proud of our diverse student body, which reflects the vibrant community of Campbell and the greater Silicon Valley. In 2025, demographic data for the Campbell area indicated a rich tapestry of backgrounds. CCS does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national and ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic or other school-administered programs.
